Mattia Mikan is the founder of Mattia’s Moss Gel, a mother of three, and a passionate advocate for wellness, natural ingredients, and intentional self-care.

Born deaf, Mattia learned early in life the importance of perseverance and advocating for herself. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Fairfield University and went on to graduate from Southern New Hampshire University with an MBA in Finance, all while raising her three children.

Her interest in sea moss began during her own journey toward making more intentional lifestyle choices. What started as part of her personal wellness routine eventually grew into a passion for preparing high-quality sea moss gel for others.

Today, Mattia’s Moss Gel is made with care using simple ingredients and a commitment to quality and freshness. As a mother, entrepreneur, and MBA graduate, Mattia brings that same dedication to her business, with a goal of making sea moss approachable, delicious, and easy to incorporate into an everyday routine.
