HOW DO I USE SEA MOSS GEL?
Sea moss gel can be enjoyed on its own or added to smoothies, juices, teas, oatmeal, soups, sauces, and other foods. Start with a small amount and incorporate it into your routine in the way that works best for you.

DO YOU KEEP THE SEA MOSS IN THE FRIDGE?
Yes. Mattia’s Moss Gel is a fresh product and should be kept refrigerated at all times. Refrigerate promptly after receiving or purchasing your jar.

HOW LONG DOES SEA MOSS GEL STAY FRESH?
For the best quality and freshness, keep Mattia’s Moss Gel refrigerated and consume within 3–4 weeks of receiving it. Always use a clean utensil when serving and discard the product if you notice any unusual odor, appearance, or texture.
I prefer 3–4 weeks instead of the old 6 weeks, especially since you're selling fresh gel without preservatives.

CAN I FREEZE SEA MOSS GEL?
Yes. Sea moss gel can be frozen to extend its freshness. Store it in a freezer-safe, airtight container and leave a little room for expansion. Thaw it in the refrigerator before use and keep refrigerated after thawing.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Because Mattia’s Moss Gel is made fresh, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
Because Mattia’s Moss Gel is a fresh, perishable product, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
